How do I subscribe to a course?
Create an account and confirm your email, open the course page and press "Request it". You will see the payment methods: pay with one of them and upload a photo of the receipt. Once we review it, the course opens for you and you get an email.
How can I pay?
The payment methods show on your request page, depending on your currency. There is no online payment on the site for now: you transfer the amount, then upload the receipt.
How long does a course stay open?
Each course, package or book has an access period shown on its page, counted from the day your request is approved. You get a reminder before it ends, and you can request a renewal.
Can I watch on more than one device?
You can sign in on any device, but on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the other one out.
Do I get a certificate?
Once you finish the course, Eman Shamy issues you a certificate in Arabic and English, and you get an email. It has a code and a QR code anyone can check, and you can print it or save it as PDF from your account.
How do I book a session?
On the sessions page, pick the kind of session and then a free time (times are Egypt time). Your first booking includes a short form. The time is held while you pay and upload the receipt; then we confirm the session and its link shows on your booking page.
Can I cancel or move a session?
You can move a confirmed session up to the notice shown on its page. Cancelling is not refunded, so it's better to move it. See the cancellation and refunds policy.
Can I download the books?
No, books are read inside the site only, with your name and email on the pages.
How do the personality tests work?
You answer the questions one after another and get a result with a description, advice and suggested courses. Some tests are free for anyone with a confirmed email, others are requested like courses. You can retake a test, and every result is saved in your account.
