- You can cancel your request while it is still waiting for review.
- Once the content is open for you, there is no refund.
Sessions
- A booking that isn't confirmed yet can be cancelled or moved any time before the session.
- A confirmed session can be moved up to the notice shown on the session page.
- Cancelling a confirmed session is not refunded, so it's better to move it instead.
